Policies
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies will be followed:

Within 12 hours

Cancelations less than 12 hours from your scheduled appointment time will incur a charge for the full value of the massage. 

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.”  Clients are given 15 minute grace period, after which time appointment is forfeited. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. After 3 no shows you will only be scheduled around other appointments if at all. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. On time means: ready and on the table to begin at your appointment time.
